FIRST MEETING
This is when you view my past work. We discuss my style and what your special needs and desires are for capturing you special day.

BOOKINGS
To secure me as your photographer, a booking fee is needed 4 weeks prior to the date. This is 50% of the total discussed fee. All initial payments must be made prior to the wedding.

TOURING VENUE
I would love to go with you — sometime before your wedding — to discuss possible photos at each location. Remember that some locations have to be booked to use them.

COVERAGE
GOLD - Begins at the Bride's home, ceremony, family portraits, informal photo session, reception.
SILVER -  Begins at the Bride's home, ceremony, family portraits, informal photo session and entry to reception.
BRONZE - Begins at the ceremony, family portraits and informal photo session.

ORDERING
We will discuss your design and chosen final prints for the wedding album.
Family can order reprints from forms provided.

COLLECTION OF PROOFS
Your proof album (for you to keep) will be ready within 6 weeks of wedding. 5x3 reprints will be arranged in an album, making it easier for you to decide on your final prints. Additional re-prints can be ordered at any time.

GOLD - $1500
SILVER - $1200
BRONZE - $1000
Please note this includes everything! No additional booking fees, no extra charges.

FINAL ALBUM
Your final wedding ART ALBUM (432x317mm) of 24 sides is $840. Extra sides are available at $40 each or a CLASSIC FOLIO (309x309mm) 24 sides is just $490.

PURCHASING NEGATIVES
If a reprint order over $200 has been made and the final album purchased, your negatives will be given to you free of charge.
If not, the full set of negatives can be purchased for $90, 12 months after your wedding date.
